  • Tickets are not available for sale yet. They will be available for booking through this website only. Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

     

  • Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. Keep in mind that we do not accept cash payments.

     

  • There is no parking affiliated with the museum but visitors arriving by car can use Ally Center’s 1,400-space parking garage or public parking in front of the Museum. If you are planning on driving, please allow time to find a parking spot.

     

  • Visitors traveling by light rail can exit at Stonewall. MOI Charlotte is just a 4 minute walk from the station. The bus station closest to our location is at CTC Arena. MOI Charlotte is a 13 minute walk away from the station.

  • The experience should typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
